Sasukebase speed is faster than Narutobase speed and Minato?

Since Sasuke can catch up to Juubi Jin Madara and keep up with Juubi Obito and RSM Naruto. Doesn't that make Sasukes base speed a lot quicker than their base speed.

Also how much quicker does Kurama's chakra make Minato and Naruto?

I Sasuke seems to br alot quicker based off facts. Since kyuubi chakra enhance his speed he can fight Madara and Sasuke when they using full speed.

Sasuke base has always been above Naruto's. But Minato is debatable until he gets Six Paths Power then he is well over him.
