As you know, only the Juubi, Kaguya, and Hagoromo have the The rinnegan/sharingan eye.
But, for their actual eyes, Kuguya had byakugan while Hagoromo had rinnegan.
Hagoromo's eyes are better than hers as the rinnegan really grants anything.
Except for one thing, it doesn't have the sharingan ability to see every opponents move in slow motion badically.
The good thing for sasuke is that he has both a rinnegan and a sharingan.
With that, I think it makes him one if the strongest hosts of the hybrid eye.
