Not to burst your bubble but I think you're getting your terms mixed up, Senjutsu chakra literally meaning sage technique chakra, I think you mean Rikudou chakra/ Six Path chakra which Sasuke still has. Only Naruto has Senjutsu/ Sage techniques.

The only way that flies is if we give any weight to the novels, and if they aren't canon then that simply can't be done. All we can go off of is its appearance in the movie, and it appears to be more similar to the properties of Kag
