medical jutsu, kage bunshin,raiton armor,lighting genjutsu, 8 sword kenjutsu,etc so many copyable jutsu...he fought with so many shinobi ,also trained and fought along with thousand and thousand shinobi ...

You need to have the chakra and skill to perform them. Kekkei Genkai are impossible and Medical Ninjutsu requires delicate chakra control and knowledge of the human body. Ninjutsu, Genjutsu, and Tajutsu can be copied for sure.

Copying is not Sasuke's style, in fact, it wouldn't be a stretch to say he openly avoids it. He's the sort of person to rely on his own arsenal no matter the circumstances. You can think of it this way - copying and using someone else's technique would mean that Sasuke subconsciously acknowledges them. As a person who only respects two characters in the entire manga, that would be unacceptable for him.

He is perfectly fine with his set of moves, which are versatile, powerful and interesting.
