1 thing for sure IMO, is he wont get third eye. where will it take place? fore head? you see tsunade, sakura, even before the mark on their foreheads appeared, their foreheads were already big. in comic cover kishi even needed some hair to hide sakura's forehead to avoid the all readers the spoilers. and you see sasuke's forehead is hidden by his hair so he wont have

but i still that sasuke will have something different on his face, as his hasnt been shown just yet by kishi. naruto's one wasnt shown as well, and you see he's got something different on his eyes
