We haven't seen him in a while in the manga, but what's his current level? On par with Naruto and Minato? Over Hiruzen and the Second?

Well he's above Naruto ATM since Kurama was extracted. I think he has more power than Minato, but I don't see him winning against him. Then again, current Minato has BM. I definitely put him above Tobirama and Hiruzen.

if you are talking about EMS sasuke then
BSM naruto , BM minato clearly > EMS sasuke

as we haven't seen 2nd hokage's suiton techniques so far then EMS sasuke > 2nd and 3rd hokage U_U

IMO it is too hard for sasuke to defeat hiruzen because hiruzen have lot of feats and as a kage level shinobi , hiruzen has a upper hand over sasukeU_U

Yeah, he is. Tobirama's suiton is nothing when faced to enton or susano'o. His hiraishin is weak, so it doesn't work on sasuke's sharingan that sees through his moves U_U sasuke is currently the strongest on the battlefield now, excluding madara and hashirama (no edos).

But he's still not even close to Madara right now because of Senju DNA, PS, Gedo Mazou etc. and Hashirama is just HASHIRAMA SENJU!
