yea it does resemble Itachi some! lolz i think i went wrong somewhere with the nose and chin, and mouth too

Good work on the guitar, lines could be straighter.
The hand needs a bit of work, it's not quite the correct shape.
I would remove the line on the upper lip, it makes him look odd.
Practice drawing those chains, it does not fall correctly.
Otherwise, a good pic. It's got creativity and individuality.
