There is fanfiction and then there are facts. What? So, Obito's warning made Sasuke faster? That's such an absurd argument when Sasuke killed him a dozen times, quite literally. Karin only healed him a little by her own admission. The character is lying, I suppose. She's a healer. That's her job. Sasuke was already fighting the kages and didn't heal much at all, and still he killed that guy many times.

Sasuke won against Orochimaru fair and square. It's called being smart. Not everyone charges blindly into fights like a certain degenerate. Who cares? Sasuke pushed him to his death. Bee only fatally wounded Sasuke once. Bee himself confirms it. Another lying character, I assume? Sasuke didn't kill him on three occassions when he could have easily done so: Amaterasu, Chidori and Bee incapacitated by Genjutsu. But, I am sure you will ignore all that just for your bias.

because it wasnt prove anything and the time is different when Sasuke from earlier did not unlocked skeleton Susanoo but this Sasuke getting used to his susanoo after was able to unlock higher version of Susanoo - most because of his hatred getting higher and higher.

and there come new evident after some idiots from SB brought in Madara case, so i used the very same case when attack land on the cracked defence and able to break through.
Keep in mind that Madara at that time is at least stronger than 25 kagesummit Sasuke...
