Sasuke with two arms would destroy Naruto
Hear me out before you go ranting.
Naruto is now the hokage and he hardly trains and never is out in the world like Sasuke. His craft is rusty and he isn't at his max potential. Currently him and one arm Sasuke are even or Sasuke is slightly stronger in my opinion. Meaning if Sasuke had two arms Naruto would have no chances against him.

No. You talk as if Sasuke is out there fighting opponents at or even higher than his own level. That's SO not the case. He's actually mostly just wandering, discovering the world for himself. That's not much more strength-increasing than Naruto's busy life as Hokage.

Naruto and Sasuke are now the strongest there are, so if Sasuke isn't able to regularly spar with Naruto, then he's not becoming any stronger either.

What do you think Sasuke is doing? In your mind, who is he fighting to get stronger? Nobody. He's out in the woods exploring and building campfires and shit. Naruto already ate Sasuke's lunch with two arms (and the Bijuu he captured) regardless.

This "rust" thing with Naruto is bullshit anyway. He may not be avidly training these days, but he's still the strongest ninja alive with Sasuke as a close second. No fanfic will change it, son.
