Like the title says I doubt Sasuke will gain the rinnegan for one particular reason.

Look at the Last two panels it took Madara decades to obtain the rinnegan after receiving the most powerful senju's cells so if sasuke gains Senju DNA it will still take a while as his EMS < Madara EMS.
