i think this meeting naruto having is only for him.

if you think back sasuke had his meeting with the hokages.

hashi gave him history on madara and his battle.

hagaromo giving naruto history on ashura and indra battle.

hashi the one who told sasuke his past,gave something to sasuke.

Now rikudou whos also telling naruto about the past,wants to give naruto something also.

So sasuke isnt having a meeting cuz he had his.
That hokage meeting lead to sasuke getting an aspect of hashi for his new powerup
And the hagaromo meeting gonna lead to naruto getting an aspect of hagaromo for his new powerup.

Sasuke not gonna be hokage. Kishi has assigned sasuke's destiny. Sasuke will lose and died and everyone will celebrate for his death. It's sasuke destiny unless kishi let him break it
