Actually, I think the feudal system should be abolished. Because iT's the feudal lords that hire ninjas to fight. However, it doesn't mean that the feudal lords have to be executed. Just removed, and the system should be replaced by democrary, not tyranny. I could imagine the ninja nations forming a union/(con)federation and maintain a joint army. I could imagine a dual leadership (Naruto & Sasuke).

Sasuke isn't killing anyone that Naruto shares a bond with, Neji got killed because the Hyūga Legacy is continued through Hinata and he wasn't even killed because he was specifically targeted rather he died because he shielded Naruto of his own accord, Sasuke's not gonna kill Granny Tsunade, nor Tsuchikage gramps nor gramps A, not Mei who still needs to find a husband and neither Gaara who is confirmed to be alive in the Last Movie.
