Even Zetsu said it. It drains a lot of chakra. Considering how much amounts of chakra Kaguya have he wouldn't have worried about Kaguya doing it a lot.

Pretty sure at this point sasuke us just living breathing plot convenience, heck, if boruto got killed and his remains scattered across the universe. Kishi would have Sasuke bring him back under the guise of a secret rinnegan tech . But who knows, usually when Sasuke has a cool feat Naruto follows through. If sasuke fights, it's a stomp.

you dont know how many times he can use it before he drains, nor how long he can reacharge it. besides he can still use his rinnegan even if he is not at full power, just wont have the tomoes. in any case, sasuke must take part in the fight, no two ways about it
