From what I've seen, he does not. He gets fatigued very quickly. Look at his fight against Danzo for example...

He wasn't at full health fighting danzo he just got done battling the 5 kages and still managed to win. yeah karin healed him a lil bit before the fight. Sasuke never really gets tired when he does it then end of the battle with him winning. Example Final Valley fight he kept up with naruto and has great stamina and won and he used chidori 3 times, sharingan, 8-10 fire techniques in his little body. Then kept up with itachi after being under tsukuyomi, oro body escape technique, 5 chidori techniques 3 dragon fireball, 1 fireball and kirin then got up to attack susanoo failed horribly but you get my point. Im not going to get into the deidara fight and he stressed out his eyes fighting kages danzo and evenly clashed with naruto at bridge and naruto was at full health sasuke has great stamina. sorry this is kind of everywhere but I think im right and made valid points

Wrong. He wasn't getting tired due to his stamina, he was getting fatigued due to the MS side effects. He had used up most of his MS remaining light fighting the other Kage.

Rinnegan won't fatigue him nearly as much as his MS did cause now he has EMS which erases all that strain and as he was the one who unlocked Rinnegan and it wasn't a transplant, it wouldn't consume less chakra than it would for Nagato.
