Lighting release
Fire release
Susano
Kenjutsu mastery
Taijutsu mastery
skillful with Weapons
Fast base speed
2 Summon jutsu
Excellent intellegent ,and battle experience

This is wrong on so many levels... How did he get susanoo if he never had a sharingan to begin with? All of his other skill would be weaker and slower due to not having a sharingan. The sharingan is like steroids.

I already explained this to you last night.Sasuke deosn't need the Sharingan inorder to use the Chidori,the Sharingan hels the user predict their opponents movements and be able to react better to a possible counter.But the user can still use it without the Sharingan.How could Kakashi create the Chidori without the Sharingan if you need the Sharingan inorder to use it as you say?

Sasuke still has Fire Style,Lightining Style,Kenjutsu,Shuriken Jutsu,and good speed in this hypthetical situation,but if we were to based this in the canon storyline and talk about Base Sasuke then he would also have High Speed Taijutsu.

Although Kakashi was going easy on Sasuke at the time - during the bell excercise he gave Kakashi a good challenge,he knew he couldn't let his Guard down against Sasuke.That was Sasuke at age 12.By the time he got to 17 he'd be able to beat Kakashi.

True but we talking Sasuke without Sharingan.

Sasuke is a prodigy child, but nowhere near Kakashi's level. He'd still be a decent ninja with Raiton and Katon though.

Sasuke has used Chidori without Sharingan quite a few times. He also entered the Kenjutsu battle with Bee without his Sharingan. He used it sometime during the middle. So, I would still say mid-Kage level. His Taijutsu, Kenjutsu, and Speed, along with his arsenal is more than enough to put him over people like Kakashi.

Remember, Kaakshi couldn't land one successful hit on Sasuke to even make him falter in his steps. He blocked all his attacks perfectly, when he was practically exhausted and was not even using Sharingan. This goes to show where his reaction rate and speed lies. He also evded an extremely large explosion (C2) from Deidara, and outright eluded his sight quite a few times.

A very formidable opponent regardless.
