He still can use Susanoo, so he's no fodder at all. Also he has chidori and all his versions and a lot more. But you just try to upset Sasuke fans and to be cool.

Susanoo can be used even without sharigan. He's still kage level.

Obviously he would still be very strong but not nearly as strong as he is now.
He would still have a two species of summon (one includes a boss summon), two elemental natures he employs with mastery, proficiency in shurikenjutsu and kenjutsu, above average speed and decent analytical and planning skills.
That's plenty of strenghts and hardly fodder material.
