i think if madara is revived he will not be good but will realise that to kill kaguya heneeds to help sasuke and naruto now heres where it gets tricky.

madara lost his face after reading the stone tablet whick black zetsu changed realising this he will change not good but definetly not the same as before i think that sasukes intentions are to get rid of the threat meaning he needs naruto as lets be honest base madara is no threat to current sasuke.

madara is strong but above that hes very smart and will decide he cant take out sasuke during his death i believe he is speaking right now to hamura or hagoromo it makes perfect sence as all both naruto and sasuke met him during death and hashirama is meeting him now which is also edo tensei in other words hes also dead.

what madara finds out is a mystery but i feel like kishi is pushing towards the whole indra and ashra making friends stopping the hatred which means hashi and madara need to conclude which is why i feel he wil return

I think maddy will come back but only after kaguya is weakened and it will be in a fit of rage, we will finally see madara go all out vs the kage naruto and sasuke and thatll have an epic conclusion.

Madara and kuguya cant exist at the same time unless madara is revived via his lower body, but even then madara would probably just chill and watch everyone get their heads handed to them.
