Naruto because he has more powers than just the kyuubi he also has sage mode and he has the guts to accomplish any thing he sets his mind on so my guess is naruto will win against sasuke (ems) :d

naruto of course, even if he wasn´t main character he would win, anyway only chance for sasuke to win would be with izanagi and even so he might lose

Seeing as this is manga, i think ether they both die in a final battle or the writers are gonna find a way to drag the naruto series into another spin-off series

Lol, you're basically throwing Sasuke, a regular ninja albeit with a great blood limit, against a bijuu powered death machine. No way in hell he would win.

Well with the odds against Sasuke...there isn't a chance he could win. Even with EMS....
Naruto has Sage Mode, a fully mastered Kyuubi power, and he is able to use Rasengan (the move Minato created). There ain't a chance in the world he could win.

thats true im not gonna underestimate sasuke who can suppress the kyuubi but he can't now because naruto does not need to interact with the kyuubi so obtain its power because he separated the chakra from the nine-tails and and imprisoned the kyuubi within another seal. So no suppressing the kyuubi for sasuke lol

sasuke would win........like he said to naruto in the beging. "you should have spent your time traing instead of looking for me." also madara would have tought him som pretty crazy things with EMS... all naruto has is killer bee,and sasuke almost killed him without EMS.

Dats not a fact he suppressed da fox chakra not da fox while da fox was sealed away in naruto in da first place ...I think I was da first to state dat I thought sas could still do it and until it is proved wrong I will keep it in mind it was done before it can be done again but my vote is sas he won da first fight...also look at sas eyes day differ from all other ms (in color) witch leads me to believe dat he would be able to do some things not achievable by any other ms or ems user

naruto would win, nine tailed fox, resengon ( how ever u spell it ) hes got more of a motive as well, and when naruto has a reason he wont stop till its been resolved, plus hes got killer bee, and sasuke didnt nearly beat him, killer bee was toying with him, think if sasuke went after bee alone he would have been killed twice, it was only for sasukes team he stayed alive, and bee also had them to werry bout, and bee was still toying so?

Why do you think the show is called NARUTO. Propebly because he is THE CHILD OF THE PROPHECY. He will bring peace to the world, and he has to beat the evil to do so.

Sasuke just implanted Itachi's eyes so we don't know what is his new power yet. Also like what Madara said dont underestimate an Uchiha.
honestly, I think Sage mode is enough to defeat EMS Sasuke most likely. when Naruto activates kyuubi mode, he'll destroy Sasuke. If he learns to fuse Kyuubi and Sage mode, he'll destroy madara and kabuto too.
