Sasuke (with Bijuu) vs DRJJ Madara

That's literally impossible. Hagoromo got his Six Paths chakra because he was born from Kaguya, so his chakra cannot surpass hers, which is also the Ten-Tails'. He did absorb the Ten-Tails at one point though, so his chakra would then match Kaguya's. He then later on dies without the Ten-Tails, so he cannot possible pass down chakra that is stronger than the Ten-Tails' own, especially if he split it into yang/yin counterparts for Naruto and Sasuke respectively.

Now, it is true that Sasuke uses raw chakra as a boost while Madara uses Rikidou senjutsu gained from the Juubi, so the power they both gain may not even be equal, but Sasuke's Rikidou chakra is far beyond the Holy Tree's that whatever superiority Madara has is evened out. I just wish Kishi gave JJ Madara some factual feats, instead of having us rely on this hypothetical math.

2. The manga doesn't explain things rather well on that front, but from what I gathered, the Juubi's chakra is not Kaguya's, but rather the fruitless Holy Tree, given agency by Kaguya's will. Kaguya seems chakra-less at that point, hence her quest to steal everybody's chakra to make up for everything she lost. So Hagoromo's chakra could, in fact, be greater than the Juubi's.

For a bit of clarification, I'm just arguing Madara would need his Shinsuusenju to even the match out. I'm not certain of his victory since he never actually used it. He could still absolutely wreck Sasuke and Naruto.

Kaguya's chakra is that of the Chakra Fruit. Her chakra was combined with anything the Holy Tree still had to form the Ten-Tails. She is the Ten-Tails so they share the same chakra. She didn't lose any chakra before combining with the Holy Tree because she had no need to waste chakra fighting anyone since no one could even stand up to her. Even Hagoromo said she was stronger than him.

If Kaguya didn't lose any chakra, then why is Black Zetsu constantly speaking of Kaguya getting her chakra back? Kaguya's reserves were above the Juubi's, like Naruto said, with the bonus chakra coming from the people in IT. She refuses to kill Naruto because she wants his chakra[

If you agree that Madara's chakra is superior then I can't see why you'd think his Perfect Susano'o wouldn't be.

She has the belief that all chakra belongs to her because she was the first to obtain it, which is why she fought Hagoromo and Hamura in order to stop them from sharing chakra with people, even though she didn't share any at all, even with her sons (that was through genetics).

If you agree that Madara's chakra is superior then I can't see why you'd think his Perfect Susano'o wouldn't be.

Sasuke's two buffs may be individually inferior to the Juubi, but the Holy Tree senjutsu is Madaras weak link.

Like you said, she was unbeatable. Unless she had gotten weaker, she'd have no reason to merge with the Holy Tree when she's already powerful enough by herself to beat her sons.

Sasuke doesn't stand a chance against Ten Tails or anything on that realm of power, let alone it's jinchuriki.
