I believe sasuke must fight someone.We seen since sasuke got EMS he have not shown it power except for fighting zetsu and it clone (which is not much).Naruto got alot of fights seen already ,which is enough.While sasuke have not fight anyone important since the kages summit.Sasuke have to fight a handicap battle with kabuto because itachi wanted kabuto alive.
It obvious orichirama main mission is to seal sasuke body.I know this will fail because sasuke had read the uchiha tablet which probably give him some guidance,uchiha jutsu,sharingan jutsu and rikudo jutsu to fight orichimaru and the edo kages.Sasuke knew orichimaru will back stabb him in this process,i believe he know some EMS skill that will keep him at his level.

Calm down, kid.. Naruto's is/will be better than if not equal to Sasuke. So if Naruto has a far way to go, then so does Sasuke. I do, however, hope you realize that Naruto is currently stronger than Sasuke and Sasuke would need some sort of power-up to match him.
