in the same way Naruto won't get a doujutsu, a sword, a susanoo, or amaterasu...

that would defeat the purpose of them being different. this is Naruto body (modes and stuff) x Sasuke eyes (doujutsu and stuff).
they would become hella boring if Kishi started giving them same abilities.

did you even saw how many statues were around the lake??
those people had help training and even then turned into statues.
even if Naruto told Sasuke how to do it, there would still be a great risk in him just trying without proper support/guidance.

Orochimaru gained all Kabuto's memories from since Kabuto implanted Orochimaru's DNA so yes Orochimaru knows how to go into sage mode /thread
