naruto is currently doing a good job fighting tobi..which is clearly stronger than sasuke. and He has both rinnegan and sharigan, and the tailed beasts...sasuke has like none of that..except the sharigan. He'd need a huge upgrade..or he can just accept that he doesn't have to be the strongest ninja to be happy..it's not all about strength after all..

What new occular powers EMS is just MS enter ally meaning u won't go blind from it he has all the same abilities but there stronger and he won't have the side effects he needs a power up to battle naruto now naruto would pawn him and his team now... (not including orochimaru)
