one of the arguments here is that after sasuke obtained EMS people started to speculate somewhere that it says after you go EMS its locks your move pool rendering you unable to learn new techniques, what do you think is this true? its also will be helpful if someone found a special chapter where it states that? but at one point it might make sense since its not his eyes anymore its itachi eyes, although im not sure about that, if you cant learn anymore new techniques. and jutsus, what about those that dont require eye, like firestyle or summoning.

I see no reason for him to suddenly stop learning new techniques. We've barely seen what he can do with the EMS and already in the latest chapter he showed a new enton jutsu (forgot its name). He's getting better control of those flames and I bet that's not all there is to it.
