EMS is already enough for Naruto. Sasuke will need something for Madara & Obito. I doubt he cares about this war to, but I believe he will go after Obito for the Uchiha massacre, so I see him fighting them.

While I disagree with some of his facts his main point is actually true when you think about it Naruto as of now will always have a little edge over Sasuke as it's not like when Naruto and Sasuke battle Sasuke is going to win then go on to destroy Konoha is it...think about it, only real Sasuke fanboys would think that.

While on the other hand Sasuke has not completely mastered the EMS, and also the Rinnegan he will be given most likely but also Naruto still hasn't mastered BM fully either and I also believe Naruto has another power up coming ahead with what Obito said when he mentioned he knew all of Naruto's capabilities yet he didn't know why he felt so uneasy.

Okay honestly I think Naruto is ahead right now until Sasuke uses some kind of new power from the EMS. Right now Naruto has a way higher chance of beating Sasuke, but with difficulty, until Sasuke proves to us that he is better by showing us something new....

1. Right now Sasuke slightly better than SM Naruto. WAIT!!! Before you attempt to flame me, I hope you realize that the only difference between sasuke with MS and EMS is that he doesn't go blind. There are no other powerups, no extra techniques, no increase in chakra. His chakra got more evil but who cares. The fact is.... Itachi did more with MS than sasuke ever could with his EMS. So i repeat- Right now Sasuke is slightly better than SM Naruto.

2. Even before becoming friends with the kyubi, Naruto had full control of the kyubi's chakra. He learned new techniques and increased his chakra control. And let's not forget he that Naruto became the fastest character in the manga. At this point, Naruto passed sasuke.

3. Now Naruto and the kyubi are friends. Naruto has gained unlimited chakra, immunity to genjutsu, and the kyubi's experience. Sasuke has shown no growth since the Danzo fight.

I think with the help of Orochimaru, that sasuke will get the Rinnegan but I still don't think it'll be enough. While Naruto is gaining fighting experience and becoming better at fighting with his new powers, Sasuke hasn't shown any growth. If Sasuke gets the Rinnegan, he could potentially become as powerful as Naruto but not without lots of training. How long did it take Nagato to become good with the Rinnegan? How long did it take Sasuke to get good with the Sharingan? And like I said earlier, Itachi with MS is better than Sasuke with EMS- no debate.


At this point, base Naruto and base Sasuke are equal.

3)itachi took a while to master amateretsu and sasuke surpassed him in a few days
4) Rinnegan has alot to offer that has not been shown yet, all chakra natures, CT, ST, steals souls, summons that can take toads,
*sasuke will also get PS which would DESTROY naruto
*madara is not trying to kill naruto or bee, he could if he wanted to
*naruto is not immune to genjutsu proof ...the mizukage was put under genjutsu

1) Correct I doubt the EMS would just give a unlimited amount of time using MS techniques.
2) Lol shut up it's been shown that Naruto is faster than the Raikage when he dodged the full power punch, and that was before BM, it was also shown that Naruto was compared to Minato's speed while he was in KCM as he disappeared in yellow flashes.
3)Could be true don't remember the manga saying that though.
4)True...but Naruto has battled someone with the exact same powers and knows ways to counter it, with Sasuke getting PS...possibly but it was to my understanding that a PS=Bijuu retard.
Madara technically doesn't need Naruto or Bee alive since the ten tails has already been revived, and it's been shown that Madara has said he would start taking Naruto seriously.
You obviously don't grasp the way of breaking out of a Genjutsu since all you need to do is stop or disrupt the flow of the chakra and swapping from Bijuu chakra to normal chakra would disrupt it and if he wasn't immune to Genjutsu why aren't Madara or Obito putting him in one now ultimately taking out the strongest person opposing them.

While I agree that this thread is biased to Sasuke on some points you make it sound like Sasuke will just defeat Naruto then go to Konoha and destroy it.

1) Kishi recently said that he is prolonging to conclusion to the series for another 2 years or so. That means that we (most likely) wont get the final, epic battle between Naruto and Sasuke for another 2 years (real time), and Kishi has hinted that after the war there will be another time skip. That leaves PLENTY of time for Sasuke to train for his final fight with Naruto.

Erm, could you link me up where Kishi said this plz? Not as proof but just so i can read everything, was it from this recent interview some people have gone on to mention in other threads?

Unless you are Kishimoto-sensei, you can't say with that amount of certainty that Sasuke won't catch up to Naruto. Your title implies that this is set in stone, which it obviously isn't.

Kishimoto-sensei himself has stated that the two are like yin and yang, and that when giving a power up to one, he always keeps the other one in mind for a power up as well. Also throughout the whole story it has been repeatedly shown that one time Sasuke is at the advantage and the next it's Naruto.
Currently it's Naruto, but it's obvious that in the end they'll be equal, because otherwise that would defeat the purpose of them having a possible fight or their bond in general

we havent even seen sasukes full powers yet. people were so sure naruto was stronger than sasuke in part 1, yet it was naruto who ended up knocked out laying in the rain

You make a very plausible and logical argument that is rather hard to undermine. So my only counter would be PERFECT SUSANOO. If Lord Sasuke (bless his soul) achieves this ability or the highly speculated (and supported via naruto generations) time altering ability then i think the fighters will be on par.

A few things I would like to say...

When ones chakra gets darker/more evil it become stronger. Ems is more than just never going blind, we have not seen sasuke fight an enemy with the intent to kill yet so we really do not know if he has new powers.
Furthermore itachi tapped his forehead like before... last time he did that he gave him amaterasu. What's to say he didn't pass on another power? And he revived orochimaru, and that purpose has yet to be revieled yet, as well as the contents of the scroll....

Very quick to give naruto credit, but never wanting to acknowledge the possiblities with sasuke. They will be equals, that's simply plot.


Yes naruto is strong, I give him all the credit he deserves... but until he takes down madara alone, him and sasuke will be equals in my eyes. Sasuke has ems and orochimaru created yamato.... wouldn't be surprised to see sasuke using mokuton in the future, as well as unlocking the rinnegan.
