Why will Obito die?
Because Naruto has convinced Obito to join his side, but Obito will never be accepted by the Shinobi World. He just can't come back to the good side after everything he has done. Because of his actions roughly 50000 shinobi if not more are killed. So he can't come back to Konoha.
Why will Sasuke kill him?
The reason the Uchiha where anihalated was because of the Kyuubi disaster. They where suspected to have controlled the Kyuubi resulting in ordering Itachi to kill his own clan. So if Obito wouldn't have attacked Konoha with the Kyuubi, the Uchiha wouldn't have been killed and Sasuke would have his familiy. So Obito is at fault and knowing Sasuke, he won't forgive Obito.
How will Sasuke kill him?
While Obtio is confused by Naruto's TNJ Sasuke will pull a cheap backstab on him with mister Katana. Normal Ninjutsu doesn't work but a severed head or a stab through the chest would do the job. And if that ain't enough he will sync with Juugo for the Sennin Chakra and will kill him with his jutsu.
