Boom, it was already foreshadowed along time ago, but he's gonna change the system, I don't see why people were saying sasuke would be a Dictator like Danzo, He knew what danzo did, and danzo is the main reason for the uchiha clan getting murdered, so why would he follow danzo's way?, he won't make it the same way danzo did, where you have to do some shady things and etc, he's gonna change it into its actual meaning, and not try to make it like some-type of Cult, this was one of the reasons why itachi had to do the mission to slaughter the clan in the first place, so instead of becoming Hokage, i think he will run the police force

You guys do realsize that runing the Anbu, is like the second position after hokage right?, that wont be sasuke's only job, just like danzo, he will have meeting with the fave kage, He'll have his own men, he'll basically be second in command

Yes that's why he will "Run the anbu", He said he wanted to change the system, and this will be a good way, a lot of kids will wanna grow up and join the anbu, and unlike what danzo did, he won't make it as evil as before, he will make it a fun journey for them
