Only three types of summons have knowledge on SM, so far we know two: frogs and snakes. Slugs are probably the third group, so most probably something like "Hawk Sage Mode" dont even exist.

Maybe it's just me, but Sasuke simply looks to be showing a bit of his Cursed Seal 2 attributes, ex. the blue gray skin tone that mark on his forehead the wings. I think it was just supposed to be a picture showing some abilities or just creative depiction, who gives a damn?

I think they've hinted that Sasuke will obtain sage mode (possibly even with wings). I mean it can't be an accident that he not only used to have the equivalent of sage mode (curse seal), but also had wings!! Besides they gotta give him some new power ups to compete with the Super OP Naruto presently in the manga! Although honestly I think that his next new power up will be rinnegan. Or maybe sage mode then rinnegan!? Either way he's got some catching up to do!! (It will be interesting to see the limit of his EMS)!!!

sasuke becoming sage is ridiculus .kishi already stated that there are only 3 sages.and the three sm animals are frog(myobokuzan),snake(Ryuchidou) and slugs(because of humid forest shikkotsurin).also

I think people write this off too soon without looking at 1 important fact that can make all of this highly plausible if kishi added it. That is juugo's flesh fused with sasuke's body. This could have given sasuke the ability to naturally take in nature chakra. Also cs is just another form of sm, just a weakened form of it.

p.s. sasuke has a fairly high amount of chakra and you need to be able to balance out the nature chakra. If sasuke body naturally takes in nature chakra, then his body would have already balanced out his chakra and the nature chakra.

Okay this is interesting. If you care to think back to when Sasuke had that mega epic fight with Danzo, he used a summoned a hawk. If it wasn't going to be a big thing later in the story Tobi / Obito wouldn't have made a comment about it saying "I wonder when he got that summon"

Now we saw Might Guy summon a turtle and no one seemed to care less as it wouldn't be important. This is just a fan theory of course, but it could be possible that later in the series we will see a flash back to Sasuke getting the summoning contract, which might lead to some thing else being revealed in the story.
