Just a thought I think we're all ignoring: Isn't Sasuke's winged release form a function of Orichimaru's curse seal? And wasn't that destroyed by Itachi during their fight? Oriochimaru came out of the seal and Itachi recognized that as his goal all along - to get Orichimaru out and kill him. So Sasuke should not longer have that flight ability.

Not saying it's impossible to happen, after all Tobi did turn out to be Obito so anything can happen. But it would be a lot of ass pulling upgrades on Kishimoto's part. On the other hand Sasuke really does need some upgrades if they are to be equal when they fight.

Its not happening...As snake mode or rather dragon sage mode is already possesed by Kabuto....So I doubt kishi will repeat it...

The curse mark is not a sage mode, and all of you are being in deep denial. If curse seal was SM,
Why Kabuto would go to the snake land to learn sage mode.
Have you either see Sasuke gathering natural energy. Curse seal gives one limited power and we saw all the sound four were defeated by mere children in their perfect transformation. You speak as if Sasuke was the only one who mastered level two. He was stronger because he is Uchiha.
SM = balanced (natural energy, physical energy, spiritual energy)
Curese mark = clone of Juugo with limited power.

As matter of fact, Juugo himself is not a sage in the definition of sage mode given by Kishi.

well... i guess he had wings before when he had the curse mark so it could be a possibility... so what are we saying??? the 'one who knows everything' then is some ancient 'bigbird' sitting on a throne that looks like a nest teaching him hawk sage mode? Lool personally i dont think he needs sage mode... what he needs to do is fully MASTER the Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan he already has and unlock more if its abilities inc. Rinnegan.
