Sasuke will have a hard time using his Rinnegan

Well as u have seen in the movie...

Sasukes hair blocks his left eye

U cant use rinnegan when something's blocking the field of vision of the eye because its not Byakugan

Otherwise he,madara,kaguya,pain etc could have used it with their eyes closed

So in order to use it he will need the winds help to lift his hair up to use the rinnegan or cut the hair

But it seems he doesn't wanna cut it

I don't think his hair is the case. It really just seem like he only use his ameno tech to change locations and that's it with his Rinnegan. Everything else is all Sharingan techniques that he been spamming since EMS Sasuke.
