prophecy said the blue eyed guy will play with the bijuus. naruto has 9 bijuus chakra (although just a little) and he got hagoromo senjutsu. i believe he will got full of 9 bijuus chakra in the end, and complete his rikudou mode.

that means sasuke will also got another rinnegan. if naruto got the body, then sasuke got hagoromo's eyes. we dont know if they're ever gonna get power ups from hamura. say they wouldnt, then the condition stays still. sasuke will complete his 2 rinnegan

that means, sasuke will be able to teleport to anywhere, any dimension, in an instant, without limited by distance, and without having to put a mark on some place to get there. like kaguya. kaguya, could t eleport to any dimention, because of her sharingan.

everytime she teleported team 7, the panel always shows her sharingan. on the second pic (which appeared in latest chapter), its even more obvious. the panels shows the sharingan and then she jumped.
