alright. some say you need senju dna some say you dont. well i have theories providing to needing senju dna.

the uzumaki is a relative of the senju so they have some of its dna in them
who do we know that is in the uzuamki clan?

lets focus on karin. how did she heal sasuke?
thats right by biting her skin which drew blood and obviously went into his mouth leading to getting senju dna...

If it is proven you need Senju DNA to get the rinnegan then I think you are correct. I am still not sold that it takes Senju DNA though. I think it just requires being pushed to another near death experience like every other Sharingan evolution does.

All good fiction has to be grounded in reality. If I remember correctly, when one bites Karin, one is not sucking blood (as pointed out in this thread). More likely, one is absorbing chakra. The chakra network is a defined, canonical system in the Narutoverse. Complete changes in the base workings of metabolism and biochemistry are not.

Oh ur right! why didnt Madara, Danzo etc thought of it? They just had to drink the blood to get the dna. The poor fools went to the trouble of grafting all the senzu cells in them. What a waste of time for them.

/ lil information blood cells die and are replaced by new blood. Also if the blood is ingested orally wont it be digested and excreted out? Dont pick kabuto out, he had done more than just infuse blood and was physically altered for that.
