Sasuke will get the Rinnegan

Sasuke will just get an advanced Sharingan ability that's unique to only him, just like Tobi and his S/T, Kakashi with Kamui, and Shisui with Kotoamatsukami.

no ms techs are actually unique to someone... There are a bunch of them , and when you unlock ms, you get 1, there has been previous mangekyou sharingan users in the uchiha clan, each one didn't get a unique ability per se

It was never said that senju cells are needed to obtain the rinnegan... Tobi's initial intentions was to synchronise sasuke to the Gedo mazo of the outer statue, he even claimed sasuke could surpass nagato but i don't see any of these happening w/o the rinnegan... And isn't sasuke supposed to be the "young man with great powers in his eyes" the old sage talked about? If yes then he should get the rinnegan.

I don't know what you are talking about when you say "young man with great powers," but I don't see that necessarily meaning he has the rennegan.Also,could you point to me where it was said Tobi was going to synchronize sasuke to the Gedo Mazo statue.
