Its almost conformed that Naruto is reincarnation of S06P ( all bijuu said naruto is the one , naruto using sage sealing tech on kyubi etc) . Obito definitely had plans for Sasuke . Its no doubt Obito would give rinnegan to Sasuke if he is going as far as to sync Sasuke gedo mazo but the thing is would Sasuke accept it because honestly Sasuke would agree to this ONLY IF he is defeated by Naruto in the coming battle.
