your looking at it wrong bro, DNA is something that is past down through your ancestors. It HAS been stated that Uzumaki and Senju are distance blood relations which in any case means they share similar DNA. It's not the Senju part that's needed for Rinnengan, it's the connection to the younger brothers DNA. Unlocking Rinnengan requires both sides of the SO6P DNA.

Also Sasuke has bitten Karin several times and she is an Uzumaki so I'd say there is a 99% chance he will get Rinnengan, but we will have to see
