It's only a matter of time, and no, I'm not trying to copy Uchiha Macho or whoever Sasuke's ultra fanboys are. Susanoo evolves in stages. It starts out as an aura surrounding the caster, then beings to stabilize as it's used more, and with other factors such as EMS.
