Sasuke will get a second rinnegan

The fact that Kishi is trying to sell us that one nerfed eye technique is going to be on par with 9 bijuu, guddodama and the perfect senjutsu is bs.

Think about it though, Kishi created so much hype behind how only the owner of two rinnegan can unlock its true power. He also purposely showed how much more effective limbo became (going from one clone to 4) after getting a second rinnegan. That version of limbo was only shown briefly, I believe the hype behind that was meant to go to Sasuke.

Also Kishi made sure to show huge obvious drawbacks (eye closing, long cooldown, short range) to the current swap technique so he could show how much better it would become when accompanied by another rinnegan.

If this is correct I think Sasuke's other eye WON'T have tomoe, as many believe those don't come in pairs.

Currently, Sasuke is inferior to Naruto, clearly but if he gets one more Power Up aka. a second ''Rinnegan'' like the OP says than Sasukes chances of not getting fodderized in a fight with Naruto would increase. They just should be somehow equally when they fight which is clearly Not the case currently.

I meant it in general , you mostly see all of those this is why Name beats Name and if Name gets this he'll beat or stand a chance against Name (Not that they are bad threads some are actually well done and some well aren't, this once is beliveable with the Second rinnegan giving advantage) but i don't even think that they are going to keep those powers they seem akin to borrowed time and like borrowed time They will probably leave once Hagoromo's essence completely disappears.
