I'm not saying he can beat Itachi but I hope he can. I love Itachi, but I want Kabuto to be one of the last people to be taken out. How can anybody say Kabuto is not powerful, we still don't know what he can do. On top of having the white snakes healing powers, he has his medical ninjutsu. Kabuto is much stronger than Orochimaru ever was......plus he's most likely a genius on the level with Shikamaru,Minato, Itachi, and Kakashi.

I think Itachi will be the one to force Kabuto into releasing Edo Tensei. My thoughts are that through a long drawn out battle Itachi will finally trick Kabuto into releasing the technique through genjutsu and that Sasuke will show up just in time to see Itachi fade away and that that will be when he goes into a rage at the sight of his brother and will kill Kabuto in what will most likely be the first show case of Sasuke's new abilities. I think it's just not in the cards for Sasuke and Itachi to have a significant reunion Itachi didn't want it that way.....though his plans have failed before.

I don't think kabuto will have any means of controlling itachi again because itachi had already counter edo tensei.

If he has Itachi's spirtual sword that could seal him then that would take Itachi out of the picture plus it would prevent Itachi from being misused ever again in Sasuke's eyes but on

well kabuto must have some way of subduing sasuke since he is planning on getting him from tobi, kabuto also seems to knw all about rinnegan and ems so he is probably prepared for anything sasuke can dish out...he knows itachi is coming for him so he probably has a plan against him, my guess is a powerful edo or 2 that he held in reserve. Not to mention his "that" jutsu lol
