Yes, but Sasuke stills has to fight Naruto. Also, Naruto is extremely unlikely to kill Sasuke. I don't think he has killed a single person. He couldn't even kill Pain, after he destroyed the Leaf and kill Jirayia. If this is the last battle, then Sasuke is not likely to die.
