Karin is more plausable; but never been stated that Sasuke wants a child. He wants to revieve his clan; but not literally, he wants to revieve their names for better since clan is loathed for a while.

If I remember right Kishi stated that we reached the final arc of Naruto :
If so - we will probably see another fight between Sasuke and Naruto and the ending of it - Naruto probably going to win
Or there will no leaders be needed since they are living in peace after Madara dies.
Anyway .. In my opinion the only things that are possible are
Temara and Shikamaru and Naruto and Hinata.
Sakura only would love Naruto because of his new fame and Sasuke does not have enought interest in things like that
