My theory is that during the Naruto/Sasuke battle, Sasuke will kill Kakashi/Sakura or take her hostage like Danzo did with Karin. Naruto might slip up or something and fail to protect Sakura in time. I don't know. But yeah, Sasuke kills either Kakashi or Sakura and because of this Naruto cannot forgive Sasuke because he went too far this time.
So then the battle continues on for a while and reaches a climax, at which point Naruto seems to have the upper hand. Then at the last minute, just when it seems Sasuke is about to be killed, Sasuke changes his mind and finally becomes convinced that Naruto has the right idea. To redeem himself, Sasuke uses Rinne Tensei on whoever he killed (either Kakashi or Sakura, or both) while at the same time using izanagi in his other eye - so he doesn't die as a result.
Imo this would be a neat, cute way for the manga to end where everyone's happy. Not saying this is necessarily the best way for the story to play out but knowing Kishi's writing style, something like this could very well happen.
