You never know! Before Sasuke even revealed his intentions I wrote a fanfic where I made him Hokage. I was wondering why I did that for a character I never cared for, then I realized it makes sense. He's seen enough of the truth about the village and will not let the same mistakes happen again, and being an Uchiha who was once feared and pushed away from the village to suddenly running it would be a big step towards everyone accepting the Uchiha and seeing them in a different light.

I personally see a collaboration between him and Naruto, but Naruto could easily do what Hashirama did and offer him the title.
