I'm almost certain about it. Sasuke himself posses eternal mangekyo sharingan when he implant itachi's sharingan into him. Now kabuto trying to revive him using his medical ninjutsu and with hashirama's cells that he learnt. If kabuto implant hashirama's cells into sasuke then for sure he will awake rinnegan and naruto will become the sage of sixth path after obito transfered the yang kurama and ichibi and hachibi chakra into him. I almost certain about all this.

Where does it say he has hashiramas' actual cells? What he said was with his studies of hashirama's cells, he would be able to heal sasuke. No one has the cells of hashirama, not even yamato, he has his DNA not his cells, I think you misunderstood, what kabuto was trying to say, It doesn't seem right for sasuke to get the rinnegan just yet, without having senju DNA how could he? The way I see it is that obito still has a rinnegan left, that he might give to naruto as a power up, but that would be right before he dies
