sasuke at that time would probably win, not cause of genjutsu but because his speed, sharingan and chidori long range, id say with ms even if he had susano he would lose cause he would try to spam and die.

I'd honestly say Kakuzu. Losing a heart or two in the process. I say this because Sasuke spams things until he hits them and kills them, wasting quite a good bit of Chakra. He would have to hit Kakuzu 4 times to kill him. Sasuke would have to be conservative xd
