He is so freaking bipolar sometimes, so I have no idea what he is planning it just seemed a little to easy.One minute he is revenge, revenge, I hate my brother. Revenge, revenge, I love my brother and hate the leaf. Revenge, revenge, I hate you madara and love the leaf. Wtf? Someone tell me what you think.

He found out the whole truth and because of love towards his brother he doesn't want his life to go to waste..So he decided to protect something his Brother deeply cherished.

After hearing to the story, he finally understands Hashirama's will which was infact Itachi's will too, that's why he's not willing to let everything they fought and die for to be destroyed/to be in vain.

It's a bit rushed, but at least it's better than a Naruto TNJ in my opinion.

Then there's always the possibility of Sasuke being possessed by someone, or even flip flopping again to the ''bad ''side, but the latter it's highly unlikely at this point.

It wasn't just Hasirama that turned him. It started with seeing Itachi again as an edo, and then with Itachi's small speech before he was released. Hashirama just added to it.

well he was lied to growing up as a kid and grew up believing his bro bodied his clan for some bs reason and as he got older he realized the elders of his village set his bro up to kill his family thats where the whole revenge thing starts but when he meets itachi after death he cleared up some of the confusion he had and this results in sasuke realizing that if he really wants to honor the memory of his bro then he should preserve the dream he had and his dream was protecting the leaf i dont think its a matter of sasuke being good or evil i think he wants to make itachi proud and to me the 1 line that itachi said to sasuke had the biggest impact "no matter what you decide to do from now on i will always love you." so on that note why wouldn't he share his brother's dream?

It wasn't really one minute revenge, next protect the leaf. Left the leaf for three years, repeatedly tried to kill their ninja, then when he beat Itachi he learned the truth so of course he wants revenge. And after talking with Itachi again he began to change his mind then his decision was strengthened by Hashi. Nothing the guys done has been a split second decision..Just him deciding to revive the Kages to talk with them is proof enough.

Let's just put it this way. After the Itachi good-guy reaveal in chapter 400, the next 200 chapters were dediacted to Sasuke turning evil. Kishimoto then realized that Sasuke's reasoning for taking revenge on the hidden leaf was stupid and baseless and then he started the slow process of bringing him back to the light starting with edo Itachi.

He may not be "good" but the fellow isn't exactly evil either, and his reasons for being evil in the first place were pretty bad. There are only two people who deserve to die for anything and that's the two elders.

kishi in the last chapter has been doing things we can't understand well
i was waiting for sasuke to turn good but it was early and i was surprised O_O
maybe kishi is trying to be unpredictable to the fans cuz everyone expected naruto to tnj him
but the point of sasuke is alittle rational for me but about oro turning good and karin being an uzumaki hmm
i still don't get this cuz oro never been good (unlike sasuke) and all uzumakis in the series have important roles :eww:
why make karin an uzumaki ? :erm:i don't get it till now :'(

Someone once explained to me that this change of Sasuke wasn't necessarily out of nowhere. If you're really paying attention to the manga, you'll notice that ever since he ran into Itachi again he's been different... perhaps contemplating on what the best thing to do is. It was a gradual change IMO.

And Itachi did always say, "he's still young. He can be painted into any color". ...or something along those lines.
