Sasuke-What's changed?

So before Naruto got his Beast Mode with Kurama, we saw Sasuke emerge from the cave after defeating a Zetsu.

Now today we see Sasuke, looking somewhat menacing, but really just standing there. In addition to this, we have a caption which mentions 'Carnage'.

Facts:

1: We haven't seen Sasuke do anything yet.
2: Madara is edo,has EMS and also Rinnegan. Sasuke only has EMS, so theoretically Sasuke should be weaker and less able than Madara.
3: Naruto has received intence power-ups and is the main character.

There's more I'm sure but whatever. My question is though, why all the hype about Sasuke now? He hasn't done anything new and hasn't changed since a few chapters back. Is it just me or are a lot of people just talking hype and theorising?

Also,can Sasuke sense Naruto's chakra? If so, he knows how powerful he is. If not, he has no idea how strong Naruto is and his confidence has yet to be shattered.

It is theorizing but in their world, he's changed a lot in the last few weeks. He doesn't care about not killing people anymore and he hates konoha now. He's ready to do work...

Its not a theory everyone knows that sasuke and naruto always fight as equal's therefore continuing the story of good and evil and there different paths
Sasuke will need to be as powerful as naruto for this to continue
Everytime naruto gets a powerup so will sasuke and vice versa

Fact is so far the scores 2-1 to sasuke

Naruto had a slight upperhand when they fought in the hospital IMO
Sasuke won at valley of the end
Then he embarassed the whole team at oro's lair
I wont judge the little encounter they had after the danzo fight as sasuke was half blind and exhausted and naruto never went SM or anything to use rasengan

While I agree that they are basically mirror images of each other but opposites, I don't feel that Sasuke could be on the same level.
I personally feel that because Naruto has been fighting for more than 24hrs and was training prior to this, when he does face Sasuke, he would be worn down to match Sasuke's level, rather than Sasuke coming up to his.

Yeah. I think this "war" has been too soft on the Allied side. Don't know how they've taken out so many strong enemies without losing some of their own important characters. Hoping for some blood.

The chapter very well written as we saw Tobi for once stuttering a bit.

The rest was just meh,but the panel of the Sauce redeemed it.Carnage baby,carnage.

And I just loved how Kishi made it rain as for the Kirin to come up as smooth as possible.Well done Kishi,well done xd

I recon there was a thread with the Konoha 11 vs the Sauce some weeks ago,well now the time as come for the battle to take place,and then Ill re-make the thread and shut all the haters up.

Plus with the chakra of the kyuubi and little fragments of every tailed beasts chakra i highly doubt exhausted is in his vocabulary anymore
He has enough chakra to fight for a week now in base mode lol
