You're right, he's not doing ANYTHING. He almost looks like he would be IMMEDIATELY pawned if it wasnt for Itachi. He has Freakin' EMS dude, he should be one of the strongest in Naruto at this moment and he looks like a B***h. I hope Naruto pawns him too but he'll be a SHINOBI GOD by time they fight and he'll look like a genius again.

I think Sasuke may just be waiting for Itachi to show his jutsu because Sasuke has his eyes now, but doesn't know what they all are.

1. Not in their fight. He wasn't be washy or weak.

2. This fight Sasuke has been using his regular ms tehniques if you think about it. Look at his susannoo when fighting zetsu. Then look at the fight against Kabuto. He isn't using the same one. No amaterasu on it. He knows if he used his ems techniques, he'd kill Kabuto and crush Itachi (even if he regenerates).

Or this could just be speculation. If that's the case, Kishi might as well put him in beyblade, yugioh, or pokemon with his peaceful softness.
