OP is a retard... Sasuke always has his Rinnegan activated just like Nagato, since he can't deactivate it. So I can't find any reason to give a f*** on this one. The real argument would only be worth considering if Sasuke used the Rinnegan, since using it is completely different that just having it activated. And he has to uncover his left eye to use the Rinnegan just like Kakashi... Name one Rinnegan tech Sasuke used, please...

@bold Do I need to tell you that when an eye is covered up, its basically the same as being in a deactivated state?

@underlined He didn't have any intention to capture Shin. Shin was of no interest to him until he saw the Uchiha insignia and Sharingan. Naruto was actually the one who intended to capture Shin and failed (he had RSM activated and failed to touch Shin with Kurama's chakra arm).
