Point of this thread? Sasuke covers his Rinnegan with his hair to conserve chakra, just like Kakashi kept his sharingan under his headband.

Now why is this important? Sasuke's Rinnegan was already active during his little fight with Shin. This was no 3 tomoe Sasuke, but Rinnegan Sasuke.
