I do believe Sasuke was training during time skip. As sword battling should be very difficult with 1 arm yet Sasuke went head to head with a brute outtuaki in a weakened state with 1 arm. One of Sasukes favorite hobbies is also training so it makes sense. I hope they talk more about Sasukes training during boruto manga

He was able to jump dimensions with his rinnegan abilities, so of course he trained and of course he mastered his eyes as well.

Sasuke didn't need to train to fight perfectly with one hand. He was already so skilled, and has the Sharingan, so he was probably fine. He probably did train to master his Rinnegan.

He did train, but to forestall the obvious misapprehension, just enough to be on par with naruto after losing an arm. no more, no less.

Or at least that's the theory. In Gaiden he was definitely above Naruto. In their first fight with Shin, they both seemed even, but Naruto had gotten rusty, but Sasuke was only depowered. Sasuke got back to 100% soon after but Naruto was still out of training. He'd have caught up by the time Boruto's movie came around though.
