I like many people was a little irritated by sasuke's attitude but ya'll excuse was he's always been like that? no, he hasnt.

Yes he has always been arrogant but he Never disrespected kakashi before in part 1. He never stepped out of line.

Just like he did care for sakura in a way but i think nobody cares about what he said to her because you know. . . .she is useless but kakashi though?!?

Sasuke actually has always been like this. He has spoken in this light to Kakashi in part 1, but never spoke this severely because Kakashi was his superior, and he knew it. Now that he's the superior, he doesn't feel the need to hold back. Sasuke isolated himself from social activity from a very young age, so he doesn't know how to interact with people properly and respectfully, he's even talked to Orochimaru this way.

I do agree, that i want sasuke to change, but i think kakashi notices something in sasuke, he's letting him take control because maybe he see's that sasuke is gonna do good?, just like how people are wondering why Hagaromo gave sasuke the sage powers, if he's evil?, so maybe sasuke will turn out not to be evil, and maybe hagaromo thinks that sasuke is diffrent & that he will change and have some realization

That was a different situation. He is fighting to save the world, now isn't the time to think about feelings. If Sasuke would've drop them outta Susano'o and let them fall victim to I.T then he would've stepped out of line.
